• CHC in Baltimore, MD
• FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN
• ASAP – Ongoing (30-45 days credentialing)
• Monday - Friday
• 8 am - 5 pm, Thursday is 8 am - 8 pm
• 20 - 30 patients per day
• Full support staff
• ALL AGES MANDATORY
• Licensed in Maryland
• Basic primary care duties: sick/well visits, annuals, medication management, disease management.
• EMR: NextGen
