Full-Time or Part-Time Considered
This candidate must speak English and Spanish fluently
Position is Geriatric PCP Managed Care
Opportunity Available due to Rapid Growth!
Solo practice opportunity, mid-level support
Outpatient Only - NO Hospital
Shared Phone Call Coverage 1:5
Office Hours are 8am - 4:30pm weekdays
Experience with Managed care is a huge plus
Payor Mix: "99% Humana Gold Plus, 1% commercial, no Medicaid"
Patient Volume: 6-8 patients/Day

"We are a family owned and operated primary care practice. Our providers see about 6-8 patients a day. We see primarily Managed Care patients, so HEDIS measures are of high importance. Each provider has their own MA. Some have their own scribe. We value the wellness of our patients and provide free exercise and other activities for our seniors so that they are not isolated and live their best lives."
