Houston IM Physician Need

Job description

• Adult Medicine, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine clinician can be used to fill these dates
• Can be Board Certified, Board Eligible or GP
• Monday through Friday
• 8 am to 4 pm with the latest appointment ending at 3:30
• This clinic is one of our dedicated senior care clinics, so we provide primary care services for patients aged 63 and older or anyone with Medicare
• Our senior care clinics have a reduced schedule so the provider will not see more than 15 patients a day at full capacity. This is due to longer appointment times for our patients that aid in fostering a more collaborative relationship between the patients and our care team
• Day to Day: follow ups, examinations
• Certs: BLS, DEA for FP/IM
• NO Procedures
• Client is willing to assist with T&L (Lodging, Mileage)
• T&L expenses will be billed separately to client
• 20 ppd. Or less
• EMR Epic. Client highly prefers someone with Epic experience
