Job Description: Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care
The Nurse Practitioner, specializing in primary care, will work closely with the Medical
Director (MD) to provide excellent clinical services to various IntraCare Health Center
locations. They will direct, implement, and provide a plan of care for patients at clinics.
They will provide general preventative care, conduct check-ups, treat both acute and
subacute illnesses, order lab tests, and prescribe medication for patients.
Clinical direction and oversight from Physician.
