FP/IM needed in several states!

Job description

- 6-month contract, with ability to extend coverage
o 10-12 weeks to credential
- Monday – Friday, 8a – 4:30p (40 hours per week, no OT)
- Roughly 10-15 patients per day
- Basic Primary Care and chronic care cases
- Facility uses EMR, provider should be proficient using electronic records
- BC or truly Board Eligible required
- Any state license is acceptable
- DEA required
