FP/IM needed in Clarksburg, WV (VAMC)

Job description

FP/IM physician needed for full-time coverage with VAMC in Clarksburg, WV
- ASAP – November 15
o Credentialing timeframe: roughly 8 weeks
- Monday – Friday, 8a – 4:30p (40 hours per week, no OT)
- Roughly 15 patients per day
- Basic Primary Care and chronic care cases
- Facility uses EMR, provider should be proficient using electronic records
- BC or truly Board Eligible required
- Any state license is acceptable
- DEA required
- T&L is provided
