Location: Nestled in Eastern Connecticut this city includes rural country areas, suburban neighborhoods, and historic districts. This area provides a low cost of living relative to large metropolitan areas and breathtaking coastline being within 80 miles from New York, NY, 40 miles from Hartford, CT and 20 minutes to the coast. Facility:A non-profit hospital-owned multi-specialty group. Academically affiliated. Opportunity: Seeking a mid-level provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care services *Flexible schedule options with 4 or 5 day work week *Outpatient offices *Provide on call coverage within the primary care group, approximately 1 in 8 *Participate in Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) initiatives Compensation: Competitive base salary plus incentive compensation based on experience, productivity and quality measures.
