Location: East and West Fairfield
Setting: CHC/Primary Care will take Family Medicine BC or BE
Patient Volume: 16-22
Schedule: This would just be 3-4 days a week. 32 total hours, 28 would be clinical and the other would be 4 hours of admin
Support Staff: 1 MA attached to each provider
EMR: Eclinical Works- ECW
Contract Length: 3-6 months
