Location: East and West Fairfield
Setting: Primary Care will take Family Medicine BC or BE
Patient Volume: 16-22 a day
6-8 weeks for credentialing
Schedule: This would just be 4 days a week. 32 total hours, 28 would be clinical and the other would be 4 hours of admin
36 hours for clinical and 4 hours for admin, will take 2-3 days a week
Has 1 MA attached to each provider
EMR: Eclinical Works- ECW
Contact: 3-6 months
