Job description

1. Start Date: October 2025
2. Duration: 3-6 months (ongoing coverage)
3. Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm
4. Will accept Board Certified FP/IM
5. Must have an active Tennessee DEA
6. Must be comfortable seeing 18-20 ppd
7. Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
8. Bread and Butter Primary Care cases
9. Location: Nashville, Tennessee
10. Must see ALL ages
