🎄💚 Now Hiring: A Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist With a Heart Already Three Sizes Too Big 💚🎄
Start Date: January 5 — Just after the Grinch returns all the presents

As the snow settles and the Whos of our inpatient unit prepare for a new year, we’re searching for a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist who can bring compassion, expertise, and maybe even a bit of holiday magic to our team.

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to help young patients whose challenges can feel as twisty as Mount Crumpit, this role might be the perfect fit.

🎁 The Role (No Chimney Climbing Required):

• Full-time, 8am–5pm — plenty of daylight so you won’t need to skulk around like a certain green fellow
• Inpatient hospital setting
• 16-bed Child & Adolescent unit filled with ages 5–18 (no Whos under 5 allowed per the rules!)
• Work closely with our Clinical Director, Psych APRNs, Primary Care APRNs, and a full multidisciplinary team
• Inpatient experience preferred (but outpatient backgrounds still welcome — even the Grinch had potential)
• Contract runs 3–6 months or until we discover the perfect long-term “Who” for the role
• CVs reviewed by our Medical Director, who, unlike the Grinch, does not live in a cave and will respond professionally

🎄 Requirements (as clear as Cindy Lou Who’s conscience):

• Active license as a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist or currently completing a C&A fellowship
• A commitment to quality care that would make even the Grinch pause mid-present heist
