Outpatient family medicine opportunity in Chicago- basic primary care to patients of all ages evenly split between pediatrics and adults
6 week credentialing period aiming for a late January start
Monday - Friday- 8 hours a week. 4 days in clinic and 1 day of admin work
- 6 week credentialing for late Jan start
- Mon-Fri, outpatient primary care for all ages
- MUST speak Spanish
