APP needed - 4 days a week - Western Michigan

Job description

An outpatient facility in Western Michigan (Shelby area) is seeking a locum APP to provide coverage through the end of March. 4 days a week is required (Mon-Thurs) standard 8a-4:30p, with the exception of Wednesdays, 10:30a-7p.

Responsibilities include basic outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages at a rate of about 18-20 patients per shift. The EMR being used at this facility is eClinical Works. Active Michigan state license, DEA, BLS required.

Travel from provider's home to hotel is covered- lodging (hotel) is also covered by the client. Credentialing timeframe is very fast- can get you working within the next 1-2 weeks.
