Physician – Flexible In-Home Health Evaluations

Job description

We are seeking Physicians across multiple specialties—including Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Primary Care, Urgent Care, and more—for in-home health evaluations. Providers will perform scheduled visits for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial members, completing medication and medical history reviews and physical assessments. This role offers competitive compensation and the flexibility to balance professional and personal commitments, with an average of 6–9 visits per day.

• Flexible schedule: Monday–Sunday, 7a–7p (no nights/weekends)
• Multiple contract options: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Short-Term, Long-Term
• Conduct in-home evaluations with pre-populated forms; no prescribing or lab ordering
