Job description
Position Overview
Full-time (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm). Provides direct patient care while leading clinical operations, staff, and process improvements in an occupational health setting.
Open to part time schedules
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver patient care and serve as Primary Treating Provider (PTP) for work-related injuries
• Collaborate with therapists/specialists to optimize outcomes and close cases efficiently
• Supervise clinicians and support staff; ensure regulatory compliance
• Improve workflows, reduce visit times, and enhance patient experience
• Maintain accurate documentation, coding, and charge capture
• Communicate with employers on injuries and clinical updates
• Participate in team meetings to improve quality, safety, and operations
• Build relationships with clients and payers; respond within 24 hours
• Support staffing, performance management, and team development
• Ensure compliance with state laws, OSHA, DOT, and internal policies
• Contribute to operational efficiency and financial performance
