Job Title: Radiologist – Abdominal Body Imaging – Locum Tenens
Location: Thornton, CO
Duration: 6 Months
Schedule:
Monday–Friday preferred, but 3–5 day stretches acceptable
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day Shift)
On-Call Requirements: No Call
Board Certification Required: Yes – Radiology (Body Imaging fellowship preferred, not required)
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Patient Population: Adults
EMR: InteleViewer integrated across hospital systems
Support Staff: Radiology assistants and 24/7 IT support
Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated 30–45 days
Procedures Include:
Expertise in CT, MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray imaging of chest, abdomen, and pelvis
Mix of general and Body Imaging studies
RVU expectations: 60–65+ RVUs per 9-hour shift
Workflow tools: PowerScribe 360 dictation, Clario Smart Worklist, AI tools (Aidoc for detection of intracranial hemorrhage, cervical spine fractures, PE)
