Surgical Critical Care Locum Opportunity – Arizona

Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon with a Surgical Critical Care Fellowship for a short-term locum assignment in Arizona.

Shift Dates:

October 2, 3, 4 – Day Shifts (7am–5pm)

October 10, 11, 12 – Night Shifts (5pm–7am)

Highlights:

10-bed SICU at a Level I/II Trauma Center with support from trauma APPs

Must be comfortable covering SICU, trauma, and step-down patients—including peds

Solo coverage overnight; must be proactive with EMR documentation and collaborative with APPs

Requirements:

BE/BC in General Surgery with Surgical Critical Care Fellowship

Active AZ license, DEA, and ATLS

Prior Level I or II Trauma experience
