Vascular Surgeon needed in PA - Willing to license!

Contract Length:
Shift Details: 24 hour beeper call
Schedule:
May 15(7am)-22(7am)
May 29(7am)-Jun 5(7am)
June 12(7am)-19(7am)
1 week month ongoing
Work Details:
• Support staff:
• Amount of coverage needed per month:
• Patients per day: 10-15 consults per week, 6-10 surg per week
• Average callback: 6-8hr per day
• Department description: Residents onsite, OR Hybrid, APS, angioplasty
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital bed size: Level 1 trauma, 500 beds

Practice Setting:
Hospital

Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC or BE in Vascular Surgery
• License required: PA license
• DEA: yes
• Minimum experience required: 1 year experience
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps with clean file

• 24-hour On Call
• Medical malpractice insurance provided
• Willing to license
