Vascular Surgeon needed in ID - Willing to license!

Job description

-Shift Details: Friday 7am or 3pm – Monday 7am
-Schedule: 24 hour call
-Work Details:
· Support Staff: APP available for 1st assist
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: every weekend
· Average callback per day: 2 hours
· Patient Population/Age: 18+
· Department Description: covering 2 hospitals Good Sam and Ephrata 25 mins apart
· EMR: EPIC
· Special Procedures: bypass amputations
• Practice Setting: Hospital
-Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC or BE in Vascular Surgery
· License Required: PA, willing to licnese
· DEA: yes
· Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
-Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps avail with clean file

• Ongoing need
• Medical malpractice insurance provided
• Willing to license
