Good afternoon,

This is Sergio Cayetano with Aya Locums, reaching out with an exciting new Hand Surgery locum opportunity in Virginia, perfect for a fellowship-trained Plastic Surgeon specializing in Microsurgery and Hand Surgery.

📅 Start Date: January 2026
📆 Contract Length: 8–12 months
🕐 Schedule: 1–2 weeks per month | 1–2 OR days/week | 24-hour call (as needed)
📞 Call Schedule: 2–3 calls per week

🏥 Facility: Level I Trauma Center | Robust OR Team
💻 EMR: Epic
👥 Patient Load: 1–3 patients/day (Adult + Pediatric)
💉 Focus: Microsurgical and Hand cases | Adult Plastic Surgery
🩺 Practice Setting: Hospital-based

Requirements:
• Board Certification required
• Fellowship in Hand Surgery or Microsurgery (BLS + ACLS required)
• Active VA license + DEA
• Minimum 2 years of experience
