Schedule

Weekend call coverage: Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM
Coverage Need: 1–2 weekends per month
Seeking 1 provider for ongoing weekend support

Inpatient hospital setting (Level II Trauma Center)

EMR System: Epic

Scope of Practice

General vascular surgery coverage
Bypass procedures
Peripheral vascular interventions
Endarterectomy
Aneurysm repairs

Requirements
Board Certification: Required
Licensure: Active Washington license required
Certifications: BLS required

Credentialing
Credentialing Timeframe: Less than 30 days
Temporary privileges available for providers with a clean file
