Heartline Staffing is seeking an Endodontist for a well-established dental practice opportunity in Largo, Florida.

This opportunity offers a strong internal referral network, an experienced clinical team, and a modern specialist environment designed for efficient patient care. The practice is supported by a fully staffed team and advanced dental technology, allowing providers to focus on delivering high-quality endodontic treatment.

The provider will perform root canal therapy and related endodontic procedures while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and providing compassionate patient-centered care.

Position Highlights

Schedule 2 to 5 days per week
Clinic hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
No nights or weekends
Specialist wing designed for endodontic procedures
Strong internal referral network and steady patient volume
Experienced support staff and fully equipped operatories

Technology and Clinical Environment

On-site CBCT imaging
Microscope-assisted procedures
Digital scanners and modern dental equipment
Fully supported clinical workflow

Candidate Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program
Active Florida dental license
Active DEA license
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-specialty dental practice

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation based on percentage of collections
Typically approximately 45 percent depending on experience
