📅 Start Date: July 28, 2025
📆 Contract Length: Through November 2025
🩺 Coverage Type: Inpatient Only
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 1-hour lunch
📅 Shifts Needed: Weeks of July 28, August 18, and August 25 (1 week/month coverage)

Job Highlights:
✅ 100% Inpatient – No clinic responsibilities
✅ Flexible monthly scheduling – 1 week per month through November
✅ IMLC license accepted – Quick 30-day credentialing

Work Details:

Setting: Hospital

Hospital Size: 269 beds

Support Staff: Inpatient nursing and MA for OPAT

Team Structure: 2 employed ID physicians, each working 4 days/week

Patient Volume: Varies based on inpatient census

Patient Population: Primarily adult (avg. age 59)

EMR: Cerner

Special Procedures: Fecal transplant required

Skills Required: General Infectious Disease management

Requirements:

Board Certification in Infectious Disease

Active AZ license or IMLC

DEA

BLS (preferred)

Minimum 1 year of experience

Credentialing Timeframe: ~30 days
