Medical Director / Addiction Medicine – Bronx, NY 10451 (#3264)
📍 Full-time: $240K–$260K | Part-time: $120–$140/hr | On-site only

A multi-specialty practice in the Bronx is seeking a seasoned Medical Director with a focus in Addiction Medicine to lead its substance use treatment program. This is a meaningful, high-impact leadership role with flexible scheduling and top-tier compensation.

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Lead and oversee the addiction treatment program
✔️ Develop clinical protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
✔️ Supervise and support clinical staff
✔️ Provide direct care, including MAT (medication-assisted treatment)
✔️ Build partnerships with referral sources and community orgs

✅ Qualifications
✔️ MD or DO + Addiction Medicine Fellowship
✔️ NY Medical License + DEA + Medicaid provider
✔️ 3+ years’ experience in addiction medicine
✔️ Leadership background preferred
✔️ Spanish proficiency preferred
✔️ Strong communication, empathy, and team leadership skills
