Salary: $215,000–$220,000 base + bonuses • Full-time or Part-time

✔️ Provide comprehensive primary & acute care in nursing home settings
✔️ Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
✔️ Develop and review individualized treatment plans
✔️ Coordinate care with nurses, specialists, social workers & families
✔️ Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation
✔️ Participate in care conferences and family meetings

✅ Qualifications
✔️ MD or DO from an accredited medical school
✔️ Active NYS Medical License (Required)
✔️ Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
✔️ Open to all experience levels—residents, fellows & new grads welcome
✔️ Skilled in adult medicine, geriatric care & chronic disease management
