Assignment Details
• Start Date: August 2026
• Contract Length: Ongoing full-time coverage
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Call: Approximately 2 nights/week (overnight beeper call)
• Credentialing: ASAP – temporary privileges available

• Specialty: Addiction Medicine / Psychiatry
• Patient Volume: ~6 patients per shift
• Support Staff: PA/NP team
• EMR: Epic
• Beds in Department: 14
• Scope: Medical detox management (opioids and alcohol)
• Medication Familiarity Required: Librium, Suboxone, Methadone, Sublocade, Subutex

Requirements
• License: Active Washington license or IMLC required
• Board Certification: Required
• Fellowship: Addiction Medicine fellowship required
• Certifications: BLS required
• Experience: Prior experience in addiction medicine and detox care required
