Job description

· Support staff: MD Supervisor and CRNAs
· Coverage Type: Hospital
· Schedule Details: Fulltime need—Shift hours are (7a-3p) (7a-7p) (7a-5p) Monday- Friday; no weekends

Work Details:
· EMR/Charting Software: Cerner
· Practice Setting: There are 6 ORs, 2 Endo and 2 GI suites
· Avg. Daily Census: Depends on the type of cases
· Patient Age Group: Adult

Requirements:
· Board Certifications Req’d
· State License(s): Indiana
· Certifications: BLS
· Years of Experience Req’d: new grads are considered

Credentialing Timeframe:Med staff can expedite privileges and get temps.
Enrollments are 90-120 days and cannot be expedited .Credentialing we only have to do if the locum will be here longer than 6 months. if longer than 6 months, it will follow the same timeline as enrollments.
