· EMR: Paper Charting
· Skills required: general, adult, pediatric, neonatal, trauma, spinal, epidural, regional, obstetrical, neurosurgical, thoracic, complex orthopedic, post-op epidural, post-op extremity block, Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks, vent management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active AK License
· Certifications required: ACLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 45 Days
