Location: Ketchikan AK
8hr. shifts & 24hr call shifts
M-F 7:30am-3:30pm & 24hr call shifts
Call Requirement 24hr call Average of 10 shifts a month and it will cover ED, OR,
Weekend call rotating with 1-2 other CRNA providers so it would be 2 weekend shifts per 7-10 day stretch
L&D and inpatient
Avg patients per day- Varies. 4-5 for long cases and 10-12 for short cases
EMR: EPIC
AK license required
Standard Credentialing- 90 days but temps can be approved within 30 days
