CRNA Locum Needed in Phoenix, AZ!

Job description

**Position Details:**

**Contract Length: ongoing

**Shift Details:**
6:30 AM–5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
4x10-hour shifts (40 hours/week) or 3x12-hour shifts
No call or overtime; full-time availability required with minimal time-off requests

Work Details:
**Support Staff:** Care team environment (100% medically directed)
**Coverage Needed:** Full-time, 40 hours/week
**Patient Load:**
3–5 outpatient surgeries/day
10–12 Endo cases/day
**Patient Population:** Adult to geriatric
**Case Types:**
General, Regional, GI, ENT, Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, Urology, Neuro (spines and heads), Robotics, Vascular, Thoracic, Plastics, Trauma
No OB/Peds
**EMR:** EPIC

Practice Setting:
Hospital

Travel Logistics:
Travel and lodging covered

Requirements:
**Board Certification:** Required
**License:** Active AZ license (not accepting unlicensed candidates at this time)
**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS
**Experience:** 1–3 years
**Credentialing Timeframe:** 60–90 days
