CRNA needed near Phoenix AZ! Make up to $205/hr + travel/lodging

Job description

Start Date: As soon as credentialed (60-90 days)
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Shift Details: 6:30a-5p. 30 minute unpaid lunch.
Schedule: 4 10hr shifts or 3 12hr shifts. 40 hours/week. No call. No overtime.

Work Details:
· Patients per day: Average of 3-5 outpatient surgery/day. Endo cases can be 10-12/day.
· Cases: General, Regional, GI, ENT, Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, Urology, Neuro (spines and heads), Robotics, Vascular, Thoracic, Plastics, Trauma. Will work in a care team model, 100% medically directed.
No OB/Peds
· EMR: EPIC
