CRNA Locum Opportunity – Arizona
Specialty: CRNA
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Shift Details: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (40 hours/week)
• No call, no overtime
• May consider a local provider for consistent part-time coverage

Job Details:
• Patient Volume:
o 3–5 outpatient surgeries/day
o 10–12 endoscopy cases/day
• Patient Population: Adult – Geriatric
• Case Types: General, Regional, GI, ENT, Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, Urology, Neuro (spines & heads), Robotics, Vascular, Thoracic, Plastics, Trauma
• Care Model: 100% medically directed, care team environment
• OB/Peds: Not required
• EMR System: EPIC
• Practice Setting: Hospital

Travel & Logistics:
• Travel and lodging covered

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Required
• License: Active AZ license (Not accepting unlicensed candidates)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Experience: 1–3 years minimum

Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days

• 10 hour shifts!
• No call.
• Mixed Cases - No OB or Peds
