Locums CRNA Needed in Phoenix AZ

Start Date: April
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts per week (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM), 30-minute unpaid lunch. Providers can also consider 3 12-hour shifts. Full-time availability is required with minimal time-off requests. Local candidates may be considered for part-time help.

Clinic details
Practice Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Patient Volume: 3-5 outpatient surgeries daily; Endoscopy cases 10-12/day.
Patient Population: Adult to Geriatric.
Support Staff: Care team model (medically directed, 100%).
Cases: General, Regional, GI, ENT, Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, Urology, Neuro (spines and heads), Robotics,
Vascular, Thoracic, Plastics, and Trauma. No OB/Peds.
EMR: EPIC.
