Join a highly skilled anesthesia team in Phoenix, AZ, managing a diverse caseload in a collaborative and well-supported hospital environment. This full-time locums assignment is perfect for experienced CRNAs looking for consistent, flexible scheduling with no call or overtime required.
Position Highlights:

• Start Date: 4/14/2025 (as soon as credentialed)
• Contract Length: 3-months, ongoing (July & August coverage needed)
• Shift Details: 4x10s (6:30a-5p, 30-min unpaid lunch)
• Schedule: No call, no overtime, no holidays (may consider 3x12s)
Role & Responsibilities:
• Practice Setting: Hospital-based, care team model (100% medically directed)
• Patient Demographic: Adult-Geriatric
• Procedures & Cases: General, Regional, GI, ENT, Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, Urology, Neuro (spines & heads), Robotics, Vascular, Thoracic, Plastics, and Trauma (No OB/Peds)
• Support Team: Experienced Anesthesia team
• EMR: EPIC
Travel & Requirements:
• Travel & Lodging: Covered
• Board Certification: Required
• License: Active AZ license required (not accepting unlicensed candidates)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years required
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
