Job description

CRNA Needed in Arizona:
Start Date: April 2025 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts per week
No call/no weekends
Adult-Geriatric patients
Care team model
Typical Cases: General, Regional, GI, ENT, Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, Urology, Neuro (spines and heads), Robotics, Vascular, Thoracic, Plastics, Trauma.
EMR: EPIC

AZ License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
