🏥 High-Volume Facility: 11 main ORs + 2 in the ambulatory center, averaging 50–60 cases/day

💬 Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a team covering ortho, trauma, neuro, general surgery, spine, and endo cases

⚡ Quick Credentialing: 30-day process with Dr. Weiss conducting phone interviews

Position Details

Hospital Size: 317 beds

EMR Systems: Cerner and SaAnesthesia

Requirements:

Board Certified CRNA

AZ License (can obtain prior to start)

BLS or ACLS certified

Recent hospital experience required

DEA/CSR: Not required
