Aya Locums is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide hospital-based coverage at a busy medical center in Arizona. This role offers a dynamic anesthesia practice with diverse surgical cases, a collaborative care team, and a flexible schedule across multiple ORs.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: January 12, 2026
• Contract Length: Through May 10, 2026
• Schedule: Shifts may include 7a–3p, 7a–5p, 7a–7p, or 3p–11p (approximately 40 hours per week)
• Scheduling Details: Shifts are automatically assigned via hospital scheduling software (specific requests not available)
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days

• Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR and 2 in the ambulatory center
• Average Volume: 50–60 cases per day
• Department Composition: Orthopedic, orthopedic trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neurosurgery, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy
• EMR Systems: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Hospital Size: 317 beds
• Experience Required: Must have recent hospital-based anesthesia experience
