Job description

We are seeking an experienced CRNA for a locum tenens opportunity at a Level I Trauma Center offering 12-hour shifts, OB-focused experience, and schedule flexibility.

This role is ideal for CRNAs who are confident in OB anesthesia, comfortable in a fast-paced hospital environment, and open to a variety of shift types.

Schedule & Coverage

12-hour shifts only:

Days: 7a–7p

Nights: 7p–7a

Typical schedule: 3–4 shifts per week (36+ hours)

Minimum commitment: 4 weeks

Flexible providers may pick up additional shifts as available

Coverage includes a mix of days, nights, and occasional weekend shifts

Clinical Practice

Practice Model: Supervised, care-team environment

Coverage Areas: OR and OB

Patient Acuity: Includes high-risk OB cases

Facility Type: Level I Trauma Center

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in a hospital setting

Current OB anesthesia experience required

Comfortable managing high-risk OB cases

Ability to work varied shifts (days, nights, weekends)

Level I Trauma experience preferred

Credentialing

Credentialing can begin with a pending license

Estimated timelines (with clean background):

AZ Licensed: ~6 weeks

IMLC: ~2 months

New state license: ~3 months
