Show Low, AZ | $240/hr + Travel & Lodging
• Solo CRNA practice (CRNA-only model)
• Flexible schedules: M–F, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, or 5x10s
• OT paid at $250/hr over 40 hours
• OB required
• Post-call day off guaranteed; additional OB float days available
• Cases: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, Plastics, Vascular, Radiology
• Blocks: occasional (TAP, PECS, ESP, Cervical Plexus — no catheters)
• Cerner charting
• Start: March 17, 2026 | 3+ month commitment

• 3 months ongoing
• Flexible Scheduling: Mon-Fri, 2 weeks on/2 off
• Cases include: General, Ortho, OB/GYN
