Pediatric CRNA | Will See Cardiac Patients | 3–6 Month Locums | DC

Job description

We are seeking a CRNA with pediatric experience for a 3–6 month locum assignment at a pediatric-focused hospital. This role is ideal for CRNAs who are confident with children of all ages and complex pediatric cases, and are willing to see cardiac patients.

Candidates do not need prior cardiac experience to apply — pediatric experience is the priority.

Schedule & Coverage

Contract Length: 3–6 months

Shift Details: 4x10s per week plus weekend coverage

Daily Hours: Typical shifts 7a–5p (may vary depending on patient load, sometimes out at 3:30p or later until 6:30p)

Call: Weekend call included

Schedule Flexibility: Some shifts may vary with patient census

Clinical Practice

Patient Population: Pediatric patients, including some cardiac cases

Specialty Focus: Pediatric care (cardiac exposure available)

Facility Type: Hospital-based pediatric unit

EMR: Cerner

Requirements

Pediatric experience required (minimum preferred 3 years; candidates with less may be considered)

Willingness to see cardiac patients — prior cardiac experience not required

Certifications: PALS required

Licensure: DC license required; clients will consider licensing new candidates

Other Preferred Experience: Congenital cardiac, neonatal, complex pediatric medical conditions
