Qualifications
• CRNA
• Case Mix- Vascluar, Gyn, Ortho, Trauma, Cysto, ENT, Neuro, Orthospine, Gen, Robotic, Cardiothoracic (Hearts & Valves), Thoracic-Lungs, OB-Non-high risk, GI, EP, MRI, CT, Cath lab Off-Site Locations: ASC's, Cath Labs, Endo-No
• Certification Requirements- ACLS, PALS, BLS, NBCRNA
• State License- Florida
• NPDB Self-Query for all clinicians who have malpractice claims
• New Candidates must live outside of 75-mile Radius of Hospital location
• New Candidates will be required to do a call interview with FMD for approval
Working Hours
• 5 days per week, 40 hours per week
• 7a-3:30p, plus lunch break

• 257 Bed Facility
• Care Team: 23 CRNA, 7 MD
