Shift Details: This hospital is in need of PRN CRNA's which must be willing to take call. Preferred schedule will be 7a-5p Monday-Friday
Schedule: Monday-Friday (7a-7p, 7a-5p, 7a-330p)

Practice Setting:

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License Required: FL license required in hand
· DEA: No
· CSR: No
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Monthly coverage requirements: Weekday 7am-5pm
Nights and weekends are unrestricted call.
Support staff: Depending on the day, there are 9-12 CRNA on day shift and 2 CRNA on call at night and weekends
Daily shift requirements: Weekday shift is from 7AM – 5PM. Weekday night call is from 7PM – 7AM. Weekend call is 7AM – 7AM. There is one physician and two CRNA on call (the second CRNA is back-up). All call is beeper call, but expect day cases on Saturday and Sunday.
