Job description

We have a full-time opening, minimum one-year commitment. Here are details for the CRNA position.
1. Salary (1099): $250,000.00/year
2. Time Off (vacation/sick leave): 6 weeks/1st year; 7 weeks/ 2nd year; 8 weeks/3rd year and thereafter. time off is taken in blocks of 1 week.
3. no other benefits, retirement
4. average call is every 5 or 6 days and is on a rotating basis
5. relocation is subject to GMH administration approval
