Job description

📅 Start ASAP | 8 weeks preferred | Possibly longer
🕒 Shifts: Must be able to work combo of 8s, 10s, 12s (7:00a–3:30p, 7:00a–5:30p, 7:00a–7:30p)
📆 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
🩺 Cases: General, Ortho, GI, GYN, Neuro, ENT, Vascular (Regional blocks optional)
💻 EMR: EPIC (Health Connect)
👤 Practice Model: Independent – must be comfortable working solo
📝 Credentialing: ~Emergency Priv
🛂 License: Active Hawaii license required
