Exciting CRNA Locum Opportunity in Boise, ID – Full-Time with Flexible Scheduling!

Take your skills to the next level in a fast-paced, well-supported hospital setting in Boise, ID! This full-time CRNA locum opportunity offers a diverse case mix, flexible shifts, and required call coverage, making it a great fit for experienced providers looking for a long-term locum’s role.

Position Highlights:
• Start Date: 4/21/2025 (flexible for future starts)
• Contract Length: 6 months to 1 year preferred (ongoing need)
• Schedule: 40-hour workweek with a mix of 8s, 10s, and 12s
• Call Requirement: Choose 2 of the following:
o 1 full weekend call shift per month
o 2 weeknight call shifts per month
o Option to work 1 Saturday & 1 Sunday shift per 3 months (instead of one call requirement)
• Call Structure:
o Call 1: Standard call—off the following day
o Call 2: Last provider released—off next day if past midnight (rare)
• Schedules released in 6-week blocks
Role & Responsibilities:
• Practice Setting: Acute Care Hospital, Level II Trauma
• Patient Demographic: Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric (90%+ over age 12)
• Case Mix: General, Ortho, Neuro (spine & crani), Plastics, GI, Vascular, Structural Heart, Endo, Trauma – No OB, sick peds, or open-heart cases
• Support Team: Collaborative anesthesia care team with max 4:1 supervision model
• EMR: EPIC
Travel & Requirements:
• Travel & Lodging: Covered
• Board Certification: Required
• License: Open to licensing
• Certifications: DEA, CSR, BLS, ACLS
• Minimum Experience: 1 year required
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days (licensed), 90-120 days (new license)
• Scrubs Provided
