Full-Time CRNA Locums | 40-Hour Weeks | Multi-Specialty Hospital | Supervision Model

Job description

We are seeking a Board-Certified CRNA for a full-time locum assignment at a hospital-based facility offering multi-specialty OR coverage, flexible scheduling, and a supervision-based care model.

This role is ideal for CRNAs who want variety in cases, predictable hours, and team-based practice in a supportive hospital environment.

Schedule & Coverage

Contract Length: 6 months to 1 year preferred

Hours: 40 hours per week, scheduled in advance for 6 weeks at a time

Shift Types: Mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts; includes one 24-hour + one 16-hour shift per week

Call:

1 weekend shift per month

2 weeknight call shifts per month

Overtime: Paid for hours beyond 40/week

Flexible coverage required; shifts cannot be guaranteed

Clinical Practice

Practice Model: Supervision-based (max 4:1 CRNA:MD ratio)

Operating Rooms & Areas:

17 Main ORs

7 Day Surgery ORs

Specialty suites including cath labs, endoscopy, radiology, MRI

Patient Population: Adolescent through geriatrics (90%+ over age 12)

EMR: EPIC

Scrubs Provided

Case Mix

CRNAs will work across a broad range of procedures, including:

GYN

General Surgery

Orthopedics

Spine & Crani

Plastics

Pulmonary procedures

Healthy Pediatrics

Eye

GI

Structural hearts, EP, Endo

Interventional Radiology

Exclusions: No burns, transplants, open-heart surgery, sick pediatrics, or OB cases
Procedures performed: Spinal blocks (occasionally arterial lines); no epidurals or central lines

Requirements

Board-Certified CRNA

Minimum experience: 1 year (6 months considered if qualified)

Licensure: Open to candidates needing state licensure

DEA & CSR required

Credentialing

Licensed Providers: 30–45 days

Pending License Providers: 90–120 days (with clean background)
