About the clinician's workday

The schedule is Monday - Friday, guaranteed 40 hours per week with 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts available. There will be medical direction, but CRNAs practice with a great deal of independence and autonomy. The cases include OB, GI, GYN, general, ortho, neuro, thoracic, vascular, urology, ENT, healthy peds, ophthalmology, IR, and EP. CRNAs do call cases except for hearts. The clinician will work with a great deal of autonomy with a close-knit group of CRNAs who believe in teamwork. CRNAs place labor epidurals and spinals. The facility is located within easy access to Chicago and close to communities with great school districts. The clinician will get to do a great mix of cases for a smaller facility and have a very busy OB department. The credentialing timeframe is 2 - 3 months. Temporary privileges are available.
