Hospital in Chicago is looking for locum CRNAs to start ASAP to work full time ongoing. Must have an IL license.

Job description

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, Prefer Full-time, but open to considering schedules.
- 40 hours/per week, 8 hours/day
- All cases. Doc’s do cardiac, however locums are not required to do hearts.
- Docs doing 1 call per week, in-house OB call. CRNAs doing 2-3 calls per month backup pager call. CRNAs are doing scheduled c-sections.
- Premium rate after 40 hours worked.
- Docs are doing 8s and 24s (if desired). Care Team Model of 1:3 or 1:4.
- 16 ORs.
- DOC/CRNA model with medical direction.
- Credentialing: 60 - 90 days
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
