Locals Only - client not paying for travel or lodging.

Contract Length: 26 Weeks

Shift Details: 4 x 10

Schedule: Full-Time, 8A – 6P (Must be flexible on days)

Work Details:
• Support staff: 1 Anesthesiologist for every 4 CRNAs
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 4 x 10 per week
• Patients per day: 26 for OR or 14 – 25 cases for Endoscopy
• Patient population/age: Adult
• Department description: Anesthesiology
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital bed size: 185
• Special procedures: N/A
• Skills required: OR or Endoscopy (No heads, hearts, OB, or PEDS)

Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes, CRNA
• State license required: Yes, State of IL. Will take unlicensed if they apply within 2 weeks of offer acceptance, and start date will be 90 days out.
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: Yes
• Certifications preferred: N/A
• Certifications required: BLS
• Minimum experience required: 2 years’ minimum
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days for temps, 90 days for full privileges

• Ongoing for 6 months
• No call
• Shift Details: 4 x 10s per week
