Full Time Downtown Chicago CRNA

Job description

Full time, downtown Chicago, 6-month contract, 3x12 or 4 x 10 schedule
Work Details:
· Support Staff: 19 – 23 supervising anesthesiologists per shifts; 10 – 20 CRNAs schedules per day on average (CRNAs always supervised, never independent)
· Amount of coverage needed per month: 4 weeks per month
· Patient population/age: 18+, though peds and neuro would be a huge PLUS.
· Department description: Anesthesia/CRNA – 50 anesthetizing sites per day

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes, CRNA
• State license required: Yes, State of IL.
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: Yes
• Certifications required: BLS
• Minimum experience required: 2 years’ minimum
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days for temps, 90 days for full privileges
MUST HAVE EPIC EMR EXPERIENCE!!!
